September. 4 ~ Labor Day is the last hoorah of the Summer for most people. Time to start thinking ahead to hot chocolate & sledding.
September 5 ~ Be Late for Something Day: I took this one to heart this month by forgetting to do the Fun Things To Do list.
September 6 ~ Fight Procrastination Day: You didn't celebrate this one? Still procrastinating? Can you see your scrap desk yet? If the answer is no, your calendar is stuck on the 6th. You've got to fight! Find that desk so you can get scrapping again.
September 9 ~ Teddy Bear Day: Admit it. You still have a teddy bear don't you? I bet you at least have a memory of your favorite one. (I still remember you Panda!!!) If you have kids, grab the camera & get their photos. The bears & the kids! Have a teddy bear picnic too.
September 10 ~ Swap Ideas Day: Time to spill your best kept scrapping secrets out on the bb! Share you best ideas with us today. Or start a new swap for Dreamers to join.
September 11 ~ Grandparents' Day: Help the kids make a card. Create a heritage page of your own grandparents. Make sure Gram & Gramp know that they are loved today.
September 13 ~ Defy Superstition Day & Positive Thinking Day: These 2 certainly belong together LOL. You wouldn't be able to get over your superstitions without A LOT of positive thinking. I will NOT recommend walking under a ladder no matter how good the price is on the ZIG refills tucked way back behind it! Get the store clerk to do it for you.
September 16 ~ Womens Friendship Day: Another day declared to say thank you to your friends for being who they are & being there when you need them. Group hug!!!
September 19 ~ ARGH!!! Talk like a Pirate Day: All ye scalliwags put on yer boots & baton the hatches. Yo ho ho! Tell yer boss to be walkin the plank for there's a mutiny on the bounty. Thar she blows!!!
September 20 ~ Oktoberfest opens. You'll have to go to Germany to get to it though.
September 22 ~ Dear Diary Day: This day was meant for scrappers! Break out your scrap piles & start altering. Make diaries (aka journals) for all of your friends today.
September 25 ~ National Comic Book Day: Here's a great way to use those old conversation stickers up! Make your own comic book LO.
September 28 ~ National Good Neighbor Day: It's simple. Do good, get good. We may live in a society where we don't talk to neighbors much anymore. It doesn't have to be that way. Make your neighbors a card, cookies or simply say a hello that really means "hi, friend...".
