This is not just another album
Not just another book
This is opening up my heart
And giving you a look.
In this album there are pages
To remind me who I am
And of those I love so much
With memories in printed form
That I reach out and touch.
There are pages about the baby me
And pages of the teen
Pages of my older years
And all years in between.
As you open up the album
And watch my story unfold
I pray that there are years of memories
Not yet recorded and not yet told.

That will be treasured for years to come
So I created this little album
And it is a very special one!
On each page are special memories
With Photos starting when you were young.
Watching you mature and grow
Has been a pleasure and such fun.
Throughout the years you have always had
A special place in my heart
You were someone extraordinary
And I felt it from the start.
You have become such a lovely young lady
So beautiful through and through
You are such a joy to know
And I am so very proud of you!

It's a birthday party

Just a year ago
Debra had a dream
And she knew it was a possibility
As impossible as it might seem.
She called her friends together
And asked them what to do
And as if with one voice they answered
"Deb, we are with you!"
It was more than just a group of scrappers
More than just friends of you and me
It was more than a little community
It was more like a loving family!
Deb did her research day and night
For her goal was to do things right
And finally while the rest of us were napping
She gave birth to "I Dream of Scrapping!"
She called in her Dream Team
With Janelle as her right hand
And tirelessly she worked
When she thought she could no longer stand.
And now we celebrate together
The wonderful first year
Of sharing together our love of scrapping
With family that has become so dear!
