Well the day has finally come
We older folks have won
The era of scrapbook fiber
Has begun!!

Isn't it nice that seniors
Now can scrapbook too?
Since they've added fiber
I find this to be true!

What? You mean I have misunderstood?
The fiber isn't what I thought it to be?
What will I do with the order of prunes
Just delivered to me??
